Walter Hansel Description
Cuvee Alyce Chardonnay is produced from three clones planted in Block 1. That is a selection from the Hyde family; a selection from the Hudson family and Dijon Clone 95. Every vintage the clusters are extremely small with berries the size of bb's. The skins to juice ration is very high, resulting in deep golden color and rich fruit flavors that coat the palate.
