This designation allows for the creation of a consistent house style. Many bottles are "Non-Vintage" (NV), meaning they blend wines from different harvest years.
Nose: The aroma profile is straightforward and inviting. Notes of fresh red cherry and ripe blackberry. There's a clean, unpretentious fruitiness at the forefront. A very subtle hint of dry earth might be perceived, but the fruit character remains dominant.
Palate: On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and remarkably supple and rounded. Flavors of red cherry and blackberry are present, contributing to a pleasant, easy-drinking sensation. The tannins are very soft and well-integrated, resulting in a smooth mouthfeel with minimal grip. Mild but present acidity ensures the wine feels fresh and balanced, contributing to its high drinkability.
