Spring Valley Vineyards Description
Bright, ruby-red in the glass. Oak tones along with cassis, blackberry, petrol, and mocha on the nose. Plush, fine-grained and concentrated, showing a chocolatey richness and good depth to its blackberries and spicy notes. This is a powerfully structured, hearty wine. Fishes with robust tannins that will light up your palate. You'll get those infamous funky, green bell pepper notes associated with Cabernet Franc; yet watch as those flavors mesh harmoniously with a faint hint of vanilla, tobacco, and again, chocolate.
