Delicate hints of white blossom (like orange blossom or honeysuckle) and wet stone minerality can also be discerned, adding to its fresh appeal. Palate: On the palate, the wine is delightfully light-bodied and crisp, delivering a burst of bright citrus and green fruit flavors. Its hallmark is a zippy, high acidity that makes it incredibly refreshing and mouth-watering. A characteristic slight effervescence (a gentle fizz or spritz) is often present, which further enhances its lively and thirst-quenching qualities.
