Famille Perrin Côtes du Rhône Reserve Blanc 2024
Characteristic of Viognier and its floral notes, this is a wine with an incredible freshness and great depth. It will be a wonderful match for Mediterranean dishes and fish.
Nose: Expressive and bright. Notes of citrus zest, grapefruit, and ripe white peach. There are lovely floral hints of acacia and hawthorn blossom, along with a touch of mineral saline that speaks of the Rhône's terroir. Secondary and subtle hints of honey and white spice.
Palate: On the palate, the wine is dry and elegant, with a beautiful balance of crisp acidity and a rich, round body. The flavors of white fruit and citrus are pronounced and pure. The blend of grapes gives the wine a pleasant complexity, with both a fresh, lively feel and a rich, textured mouthfeel that makes it more substantial than a simple white. The finish is long and satisfying.
