Castelvero Description
Cortese is the most popular white grape variety grown in this North-Western region of Italy. Cortese means kind, gentle and the resulting wine is pale in color with hints of green. Aromas of grapefruit and minerals, light-bodied, fresh, crisp citrus-fruited white. Great on its own as an aperitif, or with seafood and light salads. And a great value too!
