Rio Brazos Description
We select barrels of American Whiskey distilled at high proof from sweet bourbon mashes of corn and rye. These whiskies are vatted, married together, re-entered into second-use charred American white oak casks and further aged in our warehouse. This raw, unfiltered whiskey is then diluted to 90 proof with carbon-filtered water and bottled by hand in College Station, Texas.
