Claremont Distillery Description
This offering pay homage to the traditional back woods corn whiskey recipe. The strong body from the corn delivers balance with the spice notes and sweetness. Unaged whiskeys scream for caramel and vanilla, so we did just that. With hints of caramel covered apple and pie crust this goes down a bit too easy. At just 35%abv it’s easily drank on its own. We suggest as is or on the rocks.
