Vina La Rosa, located in beautiful Cachapoal Valley, is one of the oldest and most respected wineries in Chile. Our grapes are grown and matured on our own estate vineyard, La Palmeria which is also a unique saunctuary for the Jubaea Chilensis Palm tree.
This is a fresh, young wine with good acidity and bursting with characteristic Sauvignon Blanc flavors such as juicy grapefruit, citrus fruit and gooseberries. It also shows soft hints of mint and tropical fruit.
Serve this wine lightly chilled. Enjoy on its own or with grilled vegetables, fish, seafood such as crabs and oysters, mildly spicy Indian or Asian cuisinie and salads.--Winemakers Note
