The Cornas Granit 30 is from younger vines and granite based soils. With oodles of richness and balance the power and structure at this young age than normal for Cornas. With loads of black fruits. black olive and dark flowers, this wine just explodes in your mouth. The wines are deeply flavored and shows Paris' gentle touch in the cellar that allows the terroir to shine through. This is a brilliant wine that should be at the top of the hierarchy in Cornas.--Winemakers Note
