***Michele Castellani Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Colle Christi
San Michele Amarone consists of 70% Corvina Veronese, 20% Rondinella, and 10% Molinara, all local varietals. After 4 months drying process of grapes, this soft and complex Amarone is aged in large oak casks and French Oak barrels for at least 3 years, and it develops a full, round, intense and rich taste.--Winemakers Note
Offers dried berries, spices and cigar box notes, with lots of dried fruits. Full-bodied, with round, caressing tannins and lots of ripe fruit and toasty oak, yet balanced and juicy. Best through 2018.--Wine Spectator
