Sierra Nevadas newest seasonal draft, named after the torpedo-shaped hopback employed in its making, is a 6.8% IPA made with Chinook, Cascade and Centennial hops. In spring of 08, the company had decided to make Torpedo its own brew entirely so ratings from that point should go here.
