This premium bourbon has been aged in two new, white oak barrels. The first aging was at the traditional 125 proof common in the spirits industry, then cut to its bottle proof of 90 and aged again. This exclusive process of Prichards Distillery, Inc. reinforces the flavor bourbon is famous for, a real cask strength flavor at a very sippable proof. The 2006 production is limited to approximately 500 cases.
