The fruit was handpicked in the early hours of the morning to retain freshness then fermented in stainless steel tanks between 11 and 14 degrees celcius. Bright fresh fruit with juicy lime and lemon rind flavors as well as ripe tropical fruits.--Winemakers Note
Light yellow. Lemon thyme, anise and green apple on the nose. A spicy, focused midweight that offers tangy citrus, pear and deeper melon flavors, along with a subtle herbal note and very good mineral cut.
