What's chipotle vodka like? In the glass, you get a focused bell-pepper sweetness, almost fresh, lightly smoky. It's amazing how uncooked the aromas seem. On the palate, the heat is delivered, spicy and round, lingering in the throat. It's a great experience, all by itself or in Bloody Marys.
