Brinley Gold Shipwreck is the first Spiced Rum that uses a premium 4-Year-Aged rum. Natural orange, vanilla, nutmeg, clove, and exotic island spices are masterfully infused into a premium blend of 4-year-old molasses-based rums that have been aged in oak barrels. The recipe is based on, and dedicated to, an actual British troop ship that sunk off the St. Kitts' coast in a 1782 naval battle with the French. The troopship was rumored to have been carrying a large store of rum barrels. Island folklore claims that not all of the rum burned or went down with the ship, but drifted to shore.... the rest is history, until now. Enjoy each sip of ''Shipwreck'' Spiced respectfully.
