Last week, I met the future of the Napa Valley cult wine scene. Forget about the fact that I met him in the Men’s Room at an industry tasting event. Jean Hoefliger, a prodigy among the posers on the Napa Valley wine scene, trained with all the greats: Chateau Lynch-Bages, Chateau Carbonnieux, Sonoma County’s Hartford Court Winery and most recently Newton Vineyard.
A few years ago, he got the tap on the shoulder to take on the winemaking reins at the newly created Alpha Omega Winery in Napa Valley. Jean turned to his good friend Michel Rolland of Cuvée No. 1 fame, who got so excited about the wines he immediately partnered with Jean to craft some of the greatest Napa Valley wines produced.
Alpha Omega has cleverly positioned themselves to be the NEXT BIG CULT Cabernet. What does this mean? You won’t be able to find it…except here! I took a stand on their Napa Valley Cabernet and bought everything I could get my hands on. By it now before it turns into the next Screaming Eagle or Harlan Estate!

Note:
When buying wine, it’s always cost effective to
buy 12 bottles to save on the shipping charges. However,
if you aren’t going to buy 12 bottles then you
should buy at least 3 bottles. Depending on the bottle,
you get charged the same amount on 1 bottle as you do
on 3 bottles.
