Last week, I was saying that if I hear one more person ask me when the new vintages from Some Young Punks are coming in, I was going to go FREAKY DEAKY!  Well, the best and the brightest from Australia must have heard me because…….back by popular demand…just in…..the 2007 vintage of Passion has Red Lips and, for the FIRST TIME EVER in this country:  Naked on Roller Skates!

The labels are HOT! - They are actual Pulp Fiction Novels from the 1940’s that the owners bought the rights to.  The Punks have created a huge following by sourcing the best possible grapes throughout South Australia each and every year.  Importantly, this gem goes way beyond skin deep.  Some Young Punks is a renegade 3-person winemaking team who work for the mid-90 point rated Adelina Wines as well as the legendary Ben Riggs.

Stephen Tanzer is scheduled to taste the lineup NEXT WEEK and then Jay Miller of Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate the week after that!  Tanzer gave the last vintage 90 points, while the current vintage produced lower yields of sensational quality.  These will sell out once the press hits. We bought almost everything available, so you gotta come here to be a part of the action!
